Shares are selected by mushroom variety and quantity (half pound increments).
You can increase the quantity of your mushroom share by changing the amount in your cart. Each increase represents a half pound. For example, selecting the quantity of "2" would be a one pound share, "3" would be a one and a half pound share, etc.
If you already have a share but would like to change the variety please email us at csa@windridgefarm.org. You must reach out at least a WEEK in advance understanding that speed in which the variety can be changed is based on current availability and grow times.

If you missed your pick up window or would like to skip a week of your share please email us at csa@windridgefarm.org.
- Skipping a week: You must notify us at least a week in advance to avoid being charged.
We do offer delivery. Click here to see if you're in our 15 mile delivery radius!

Store your mushrooms in the refrigerator for the best shelf life.
- Mushrooms can last up to a week! Freeze for even more shelf life.

We offer delivery every Monday to locations within a 15 mile radius of the farm (12 Veronica Avenue, New Windsor NY, 12553).

Delivery Instructions:
- Please place a cooler near your doorstep or mailbox. We recommend putting it out Sunday night to avoid forgetting.
  - For the warmer months: place a ice pack or bag of ice in the cooler. If using a bag of ice, place a towel on top to avoid getting mushrooms wet.
  - For the colder months: place a towel at the bottom of the cooler to prevent mushrooms from freezing.
- Refrigerate your mushrooms within 24 hours of delivery. Do NOT consume any mushrooms or perishable food products after 24 hours in a cooler.
